Circle Member Forms
In order to register you and your child for YGuides during the 2008/2009 school year, each circle member should complete all three of the following forms. They may be turned in directly to Chris Robinson (crobinson@seattleymca.org) or they may be collected by your circle leader and submitted in batch.
