Matt McGinnis - Navigator

Matt and his wife Susan both grew up in NE Seattle and currently live east of the University of Washington. They have 2 daughters, the oldest is in her last year of Y-guides, the younger is just starting this year. The family enjoys skiing, boating, and of course Y-Guides! Matt's professional life has included managing a SCUBA diving store in Seattle and teaching SCUBA lessons followed by several years at Microsoft, a few years managing the Maxum line of boats and yachts for U.S. Marine, and currently is an independent marketing consultant.

Rowland Morgan - Assistant Navigator

Rowland lives in Ballard with his wife, Laura, and two kids, Owen (Kokanee) and Jane (Swimming Dolphins). When not involved in a Y-Guide activity, the Morgans are boating, swimming or playing with their dog, Joker. Now we can even admit we really like to go to Husky games in the fall and Mariner games in the summer. Unfortunately, Rowland does have to work for a living, but he buys his lottery ticket every week. Please wish him luck!

Craig Hazel - Webmaster

Craig has been a member of Yguides for four years and currently has two daughters in the program, Emily 9 and Lauren 7. Craig started the Cohos circle in Ballard as one of the few "perpetual" circles that keeps adding young members each year and hopes the circle will continue for many years after his daughters graduate. Craig and his wife live in Sunset Hill in Ballard and enjoy skiing, hiking and spending time at their off-grid remote cabin in the mountains. Craig is the CFO for Premier Golf that operates 10 municipal golf courses around the Puget Sound region.
